If i could give 0 stars. We purchased a Jake leather couch and it has failed. Light use after 12 months the seat is painful and sagged not fit for purpose to sit on.Customer service "bot" offshore. Two months they said they can get a couch doctor to replace the cushion with something maybe.Wont fix the leather. Buddy this needs an undertaker!$5600 piece of garbage Straight to Fair Trading NSW.Do not buy from this company

I love pottery barn products. Wish there were more shops in Australia. Only one thing is that the shop assistants seem to have no idea how to assist and help with choosing the right products. Really not looking forward to visiting the shop again.

This review is for an online store experience. There were several errors in my online order (one item missing, one item included which I never bought) and the cushion cover I ordered shed threads from the fringing all over our couch. I called customer service to get the order fixed and return the cushion. This was simple enough, but I was told that I couldn’t have the relatively substantial delivery fee refunded as I had received some items (one $19 item which I have now paid $30 to be delivered). I would never have bought something so small with shipping costs, it was only because it was part of a larger order. I was told even if I returned all items I would still be charged delivery as I was “choosing” to return the $19 (but actually $49 including delivery costs) item. Ridiculous. Also, in order to return the faulty cushion cover I have to be home between the hours of 9am-5pm on a weekday because I have to sign for it when the DHL driver arrives. Absolutely abysmal.

Are you looking for a $5,000 bed for your children's room? Then this is the place for you! Pottery Barn is a US chain known for it's stylish furnishings (adult and children). The quality is much nicer than IKEA, but unfortunately, the exchange rate isn't working in the shop's favour. It's the first in Australia, and it sits in a string of Williams + Sonoma and West Elm, which are all owned by the same parent company.

I didn’t realise there was a Pottery Barn in Australia and I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Bondi store. The staff were super nice and friendly and willing to help me find what I was looking for and answer all of my questions. The products are all great quality and beautifully designed and displayed. The kids and baby sections are so cute; I wanted everything.
