Purchased a lounge which came with a defect which they replaced, months later when needing to replace the covers notified their customer service the zipper is sown in the seam. Was advised someone will reach out to me to fix it. Followed up and they offer me $100 refund on a $3k lounge.. I also bought a dining table for $2.7k not great quality it’s faded / discoloured in less then 2 years. It’s really a shame because I like the style of things in the store but I won’t be shopping here again.

Purchased a buffet for around $2,500 and the quality has been very disappointing. One cabinet door hinge broke within the first year and was repaired. The exact same hinge failed again the following year, but this time no support was offered because the warranty had expired. After lengthy emails with customer service, their solution was to send me instructions to fix it myself. Poor workmanship, poor product quality, and poor customer support for a premium-priced item. Very disappointing experience, I’ll be staying away from this brand.

She has a great eye, the ability to work creatively with unique interiors, and is exceptionally good at what she does. I feel very fortunate to have been paired with her at West Elm, and I’m truly grateful for her help.

We had a great experience at West Elm thanks to Kiera, the designer who helped us. We visited the store twice while choosing our furniture and rug, and she was incredibly helpful both times. She is clearly very experienced and has an excellent design sense. Kiera guided us in choosing the right colors, sizes, and styles, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. She even looked up our home on the real estate website to better understand the space and give more accurate advice. She was very patient, friendly, and generous with her time. We’re really grateful for her help and highly recommend working with her!

Purchased Christmas stockings before Christmas. Was told to come back after Christmas for embroidery. Called a few weeks after the new year before coming into store. Drove from out of the area and upon arrival found out they don’t do it anymore. Get these things can happen but the customer service and lack of solution was pretty disappointing. Felt like there was zero care factor. Reading the comments figures. No wonder their embroiderer left.
