My order arrived today, and it was meticulously packaged with the utmost care. Communication with the staff was excellent throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop. There was a slight amount of damage to the omnibus I ordered, but the staff proactively offered me a refund. I honestly didn't mind, especially since I'm used to ordering from Amazon, where I've received books in much worse condition. That level of customer service really impressed me. Ordered some comics for the first time from Kings. Easy to find the comics, easy to use web site and ordered smoothly. Comics arrived in Australia Post proof packaging. Comics were packed inside the outer packaging in such a way there could be no damage plus they arrived very quickly. Im impressed and happy with the way everything went. I live in North America so the shipping took a while (understandably). Even so, the delay was not unreasonable by any means considering the distance/etc... My comic book and collector card arrived in absolutely perfect condition and the packaging was not damaged in any way. Even though I paid a lot in shipping (again due to distance) I would definitely buy from them again. Im very satisfied with my purchase.
