Extremely disappointing customer service and a complete waste of my time. If you don’t want customers before closing, then change your business hours instead of treating people like this. Absolutely terrible experience at this shop. I walked in 45 minutes before closing time while there were only two customers a father and son getting haircuts. As I tried to take a seat, the barbers told me they “couldn’t cut anymore.” At first I honestly thought they were joking because there was still plenty of time before closing. I waited over 30 minutes thinking they would take me next, but instead they spent around 45 minutes finishing those haircuts and completely ignored me the whole time. No explanation, no apology, no effort to help at all. In the end, I had to walk out without even getting my hair cut.

We had a wonderful experience at this hair salon for our infant’s haircut. The staff were extremely patient, gentle, and friendly, which made the whole process stress-free for both the baby and us. They took great care to ensure comfort and did an excellent job with the haircut. The salon was clean, welcoming, and well-prepared for handling little ones. Highly recommend this place to any parents looking for a safe and pleasant haircut experience for their infant!

Extremely Disappointed – Ruined My Son’s Haircut Before His Birthday My son is 5 and has no issues with going to the barber. He goes regularly closer to home 6-8weekly and has no issues staying still. I’m very disappointed with the service we received during our recent visit. This was the worst haircut experience we’ve had – lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional. I brought my son in for a haircut ahead of his birthday party this weekend. We’ve been here a couple of times before and were happy with both the cut and service, but this visit was truly devastating. We were poorly greeted upon arrival. The barber assigned to us sat on his phone for about 10 minutes before another (already busy) barber had to ask him to get up and serve us. No greeting, no engagement with my son – just a disinterested attitude throughout. He lazily threw on the cape without securing it properly. I clearly explained what haircut my son usually gets and the barber agreed. Despite this, he completely botched the cut. To make matters worse, he tried to cover it up with hair gel instead of acknowledging the poor job or offering any apology. The end result was so bad we went back to our usual barber to get a q
