I ordered a small cappuccino and unfortunately it was one of the worst coffees I’ve had in a long time. It wasn’t even warm, had almost no creamy texture, feel like coffee from 7/11 , (but at least 7/11 coffee is hot ) It was really hard to drink , I end up threw it in a bin. What made the experience worse was the customer service. The girl working on the register during the afternoon shift on 22 June came across as unfriendly, and I didn’t feel welcomed at all. A simple smile or friendly greeting can make a big difference. I understand everyone has off days, but between the poor coffee and the lack of customer service, it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. I hope this feedback helps the team improve, as I would like to support local businesses and have a better experience in the future.

Food is standard. Had the strawberry cake and puff cream profiteroles. Both are ok, not too sweet. The whole vibe is a bit messy. Too many tables and crowded. It is Saturday when I went. One thing that really bugs me is the fact there's a rubbish bin sitting next to the bread and pastry. Those products are also not covered which makes me questioning the hygienic of the place. I wont be coming back for sure.

I love cafes that stand out with creative and unique menu items instead of the usual options. The Earl Grey tea scones were such touch & definitely made the experience memorable.

Excellent Coffee and cakes. I got small $5 walnut bite cakes and Papa bun and small tea.m cake. The service is top notch and coffee is perfect. We got long black and latte. They also have a QR code for review and they give free Cream puff for review. The overall ambiance is great. I forgot to take pics initially so apologies for not so good images attached. One small suggestion is to provide some power points under and / or near seating for laptop and / mobile charging. There is one power point though it away from the seating.

I usually enjoy coming here for both the Papparoti and the Einspanner. However, today the bun didn’t have the usual coffee aroma and buttery flavor, and the inside was dense and dry. The bun was almost like regular bread. The Einspanner also didn’t taste as good as it usually does. I visit this cafΓ© very frequently and usually enjoy the coffee here. However, this time I was truly disappointed
