I had an excellent experience here. I came in few months ago with a problem on my laptop power cord, and instead of charging me, the owner taught me how to fix it myself. He’s so knowledgeable and honest. I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend! 谢谢☺️

This laptop centre is the best I’ve ever went to! Great customer service, gives good prices, and does QUICK repairs! Really recommended for people want their computers fixed or upgraded

My experience with this place is the worst of all! Very rude and unapologetic person! Does not know how to give customer service, please don’t go to this place at all! The guy started screaming at us when we were explaining our situation, initially i thought must be our way of expression was not understandable but he is so rude that he kept shouting. Despite it, we gave our laptop because the documents that were accidentally deleted were to be retrieved urgently we had no choice, gave extra $40 for fast service. As a result we spend around $150 with corrupted documents restored in the system with a lot of rudeness, I waited outside his door (he did not invite me to come in even it was dark outside- inhuman), no calls from his side (unprofessional) instead we called as we needed it. Not just that my touch pad is scratched and he did not even adjust the lock between the screens and keypads! I am so furious at this person! Please don’t go to this place. Customer pay you for the service at least do that properly! Never going to spit in front of this place.

Extremely professional. They stick to their word, when it comes to costs. They had my desktop CPU for almost one and a half weeks, troubleshooting and trying out everything but charged only $20 ( what they had promised initially to diagnose the issues). They also gave me good advice to possible options of repair.

Very helpful and professional, fixed my laptop after I spilt coffee all over it. We're very informative, keeping me updated as they did the job, and got it done quickly for me (in 1-2 days) as I really needed my laptop back for my work. Very reasonably priced. A++++ Will be back for future any laptop issues!

I'm from the USA, lost my new Dell laptop power brick and cable on the plane and needed an original Dell charger replacement. They are one of the few places in the area stocking Dell parts, showed me the way to verify the charger works as Dell has proprietary hardware in their chargers, and even refilled my water bottle when I asked if there was anywhere I could get more water as I walked over 5 km to their store (for exercise). Very happy with the parts and customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs. Took my laptop in for repair. Wouldn't ring me at all to give me any updates. Whenever I rang them, they said they would ring me back later.....but that never happened. After 2 and 1/2 weeks I gave up and retrieved my unrepaired laptop and took it elsewhere. Will never do business with these idiots again. Be warned
