Poor customer service. Staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional, with no respect shown to customers. Definitely not the standard you expect from Liquorland. Needs serious improvement.

I was passing by Liquorland on my way to Coles when my boyfriend enter the shop. And when he entered, an employee left the shop chasing me asking for my ID. I replied I didn't have it on me(I just had my RSA on my NSW app, I am 29 and I didn't even entered the shop so not sure why he came outside and asked for it) so he refused to sell alcohol to my boyfriend (who is 30 and has his ID on him). Worst customer service ever. I don't think is even legal to ask for someone's ID if they are going for a walk close to a liquor shop with no intention to enter

Within a minute of entering the store we were being yelled at to come up to the counter and show our ID. The guy on the counter handled the whole thing with a complete disregard towards professionalism, making other customers wait mid purchase, and after scrutinising our IDs told us we had a minute to shop before he was closing the shop for fifteen minutes to move palettes out the back. They need more staff if the shop has to be closed to do something so menial, especially at the expense of customers.

The old employee with glasses and white beard at the store was very rude and everything was very uncomfortable, like talking, acting, etc. It was the most unfortunate thing to come to Australia and I felt unfriendly to foreigners. I do not want to come to this shop again:(
