5 stars. More if I could. Billy is incredible. It was my very first tattoo experience after spending years deciding if I really wanted to commit to a permanent tattoo, and she spent so much time with me planning it out and making sure the size, design and placement was perfect and exactly what I wanted. She was so easy to chat to, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and patiently made sure everything was perfect to me as she completed it. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in doing fantastic work. The detail, placement, and execution are flawless. She’s ridiculously talented and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone in the studio was just as lovely, and the designs the other artists were working on looked equally exquisite. Enormous thankyou to Billy and the team, I already can’t wait for the next one. 🖤

I can't recommend Cristina highly enough! Every tattoo she's done for me has been absolutely fantastic. She's incredibly patient, takes the time to listen to my ideas, and offers thoughtful advice to help bring my vision to life in the best possible way. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the quality of her work is consistently amazing. She has a real talent for turning ideas into beautiful pieces of art, and I always leave feeling so happy with the result. Not only is she an incredibly skilled artist, but she's also professional, welcoming, and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot recommend Little Frankie's enough! I've been going there for a few years now and from the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease — the studio has such a warm, inviting atmosphere with beautiful art on the walls, comfortable seating, and a super chill vibe that can instantly calm your nerves. The team makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another client. Cristina is an absolute master at what she can do. Her talent is next-level — she has turned each tattoo into something far more beautiful and meaningful than I imagined. She is incredibly patient, triple checks you're 100% happy with your placement and takes meticulous care every step of the way from start to finish. The entire process felt safe, professional, and even fun! I leave with stunning tattoos that I absolutely love and the best experience I've ever had in a tattoo shop. If you want to get a tattoo anywhere in Sydney, this is the place! Me and my siblings all got small tattoos together and got them custom with the artist Sib. We were taken care of during the process every step of the way, especially as this tattoo meant a lot to us. There is snacks when you enter and they offer tea or soft drinks if you'd like as well. They sorted us out with aftercare and the receptionist who was there as well (Ash) was really amazing too. I highly highly recommend this place, this is where I will go with any and all tattoos I do moving forward.

My second session finishing my dragon tattoo at the city shop and I was there for a full day. It was such a lovely experience watching all the artists be so kind and compassionate with their clients and the work they do. My tattoo artist was Rhyland and she was so professional and really loves her job, which makes you feel very at ease the whole time. The environment was very relaxed and welcoming and it made the day really enjoyable. I absolutely love my tattoo and I’ll definitely be back for more!
