I couldn’t be happier with the work Washington did. I already had a tattoo of Messi, and he designed and added an incredible black and grey background with Messi on the pitch, floodlights, and dramatic clouds overhead. The way he incorporated my original tattoo into the new design was unbelievable—it completely transformed the piece and made it look even better than I imagined. I brought him a few inspiration images and explained the sort of idea I had in mind, and he took that concept away and created something truly unique. His creativity and attention to detail are outstanding. On top of his talent, Washington was an absolute gentleman, friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I felt comfortable throughout the session, and it was clear he genuinely cared about delivering the best possible result. I’d recommend Washington to anyone looking for high-quality work. I’ll definitely be back to finish the rest of the area I have planned. Thanks again for an amazing tattoo!

From the moment I walked into Washington Tattoo for my consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Washington and his assistant made me feel so welcome from day one. The studio was spotless, the atmosphere was relaxed, and I instantly felt comfortable. Washington really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. The most important part of this tattoo was the portrait of my daughter, and he captured her perfectly. Every little detail is incredible. The lioness is absolutely stunning, and when it came to the flowers, I completely trusted his vision because by then I knew I was dealing with a true artist. He absolutely nailed it. The finished piece is beyond anything I could have imagined. I spent three full-day sessions with Washington, and every single appointment was a great experience. He genuinely cares about his clients. He remembered my coffee order, made sure I always had water and refreshments, checked in on me throughout the day, and even remembered the type of music I liked. Washington is a true master of black & grey I’ll realism. His attention to detail, shading, composition, and ability to create depth in the tattoo is honestly next level. From the very beginning he was professional, patient, and incredibly skilled at translating ideas into a piece that feels both artistic and personal. What impressed me most was his ability to balance realism with elegance — the tattoo has incredible detail and contrast while still looking soft, refined, and timeless. The entire experience was professional from start to finish, and the studio environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. If you are considering a realism tattoo in Sydney, especially religious or portrait work, I genuinely cannot recommend Washington highly enough. The wait was absolutely worth it.

Washington is by far the best tattoo artist I've ever had the pleasure to meet! Not only is he an incredible person, always making everyone feel comfortable and ensuring a unique experience at his studio, but he's also a truly outstanding artist. I got this octopus piece done, and I get endless compliments on it. The details are out of this world; it honestly feels like it comes to life!
