Be careful of interacting with the Lords Group employees at their Curlewis St Bondi Beach worksite, especially on a Friday evening after they finish work, they like to drink excessively and threaten the locals, this is not a good look for a company, especially with their LORDS GROUP LOGO prominent.

We moved into our off-the-plan apartment built by Lords Group two years ago, after significant delays, and we have been shocked and disappointed by the overall experience. From the very first day, we discovered SKID MARKS in our toilet, and several apartment fixtures were damaged after we conducted our pre-settlement inspection. This included bathroom fixtures, joinery, and the kitchen island marble. In the first few weeks alone, we identified over 50 defects. Many of these were dismissed by Lords Group as being "too expensive" for them to fix, including scratched joinery and cracked gyprock. Now, two years later, we're still waiting for them to address outstanding issues. Every time we follow up, they promise to resolve the problems but never follow through. To make matters worse, Lords Group has repeatedly TRESPASSED in our building to complete works on common property without approval from residents or the Strata Committee. These works are consistently subpar, compromise security, and ultimately devalue the building. For the price we paid, the lack of accountability and poor-quality work is completely unacceptable. Great people & ethics. Dealing with them has been a breeze. For the duration of the contract they completed works as anticipated, $22m contingency wiped. Will engage again! Thanks guys

Have emailed and numerous phone calls trying to get in touch with someone in the After Care Section re some outstanding defect issues but no one returns your calls. When I ring and talk to the receptionist she tells me that she will send them a messsge to return my call but never happens. Won’t give out the mobile numbers and I am being told that they don’t have landline numbers only mobiles.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a property from this developer. I bought my first property from them and already regretting it. All the equipment used were faulty and they won't even take responsibility for anything. I had to chase them for 5 months to get my Air Con working and now started having plumbing issues which is not even reimbursed. My plumber told me the product was faulty and needed to be replace. I would not expect anything to be faulty in first 6 months of a brand new property. PIA sold me this property and even they do not take responsibility for this.
