Awesome location near station/restaurants, the service from Cedric was oustanding and very welcoming. The rooms are however very run down and in need of refurbishment. Rooms are quite dusty, beds also pretty average. Good think the Thai massage the next block over is great.

I booked Mantra Chatswood for a 2‑night stay. Check‑in was straightforward, but the customer service didn’t feel very friendly or welcoming. The apartment‑style room itself was very clean, cosy and spacious, with handy facilities like a microwave, kettle, tea and coffee sachets, plus a bathroom with both bath and shower. The room is a little outdated and the bed was quite uncomfortable, which left me with some back pain after two nights. Housekeeping is only done on request, which surprised me as my previous stay at another Mantra included daily service. The location on Brown Street is excellent – very close to the train station, a bit of a walk to Westfield, but surrounded by plenty of food options. Overall it was a decent stay and I don’t regret booking it, but I’d probably try a different Mantra or another hotel next time in Chatswood.

The Chatswood MANTRA is well located. Close to many convenient shops and eateries. I had only a one-night stint, and I was greeted by a friendly staff member at the reception. The room itself was tidy. I had numerous convenient white appliances in the room, including a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, and a fridge. That said, I didn’t have much time to explore the room further, as I had a very late check-in and an early checkout. Overall, the rooms are dated, yet clean and neat. I had no chance to use any of the hotel's facilities. I will stay here again.

I frequently stay at the Mantra Chatswood. Each time I stay there it has been fantastic. All of the staff including housekeeping staff are just so lovely and I always feel very welcome. I think that is important. The time previous to my recent stay I was given a late check out which helped alot as my partner had injured his leg prior to our stay so packing up on my own and helping him was so much less stressful when we had to check out. Upon arrival to my recent stay I was greeted beautifully by Beatriz who had already applied a late check out for me. I was so impressed with this. Beatriz is absolutely wonderful and when you are going through some rough times it really helps. The customer service is excellent and it is nice to be treated with respect. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and are always perfectly clean and even supply brand new sponges for the kitchen sink with all products supplied. They even give you washing powder for the washing machine. The staff cater to all my needs and are genuinely caring people.
