Bought a small box ofBaklava for $22. I came home and tasted it tasted extremely bitter and unhygienic. I tried to ring the phone number on receipt, but phone number but has been disconnected. Next day I complained the owner about expired baklava. When I went to return the expired Baklava, the owner behaved in an extremely rude way and refused to replace or refund. A very bad experience, wonβt recommend others

We used to be a regular customer until our last visit, We arrived to the shop around 8.30pm, some old worker start complaining to the other staff that why they came now, I asked the other guy are you closing and he said no we still have 10 more minutes,we tried to make it quick but the guy was following us and all of the sudden approached us rudely and shot the fridge door and said keep the fridge door close, (the fridge door was only open for 10sec) we will stop going there from now on and also shared the story with our friends and family. It wasn't nice and acceptable behavior.

Reasonable prices, good variety, very good quality, quite helping and friendly staff - it's your one stop shop for your grocery! On the down side, there's lack of parkin, lack of big quantiy packing like 1 kg chillies or zeera etc. Highly highly recommended.

I bought baklava from this shop at $22 a kilo but the owner insisted that the plastic container weight is also charged with baklava at $22 a kilo and rudely said if I didnβt want to be charged for the weight of the container I should bring my own container. Have you ever heard of paying for the weight of two plastic containers at $22 ? This is daylight robbery and bad, rude customer service
