I recently made a purchase at Michael Hill Bondi Junction and found the staff incredibly helpful knowledgeable and keen to help me make the right choice Hassan the store manager who showed interest in my purchase worked with Victor to make going into this store one of the most delightful experiences I have had in any retail store. They know their product they give you time to ensure you feel comfortable with the choice you have made and their keen eye also brings the right product to you to make that choice with ease I give them 12 out of 10 👏 🌟 🌟

Adore this new store. Hassan (Store Manager)was incredibly helpful with an issue I had loading the warranty for my diamond engagement ring on to the new digital system. Besides the 5 star customer service the store is beautiful. This is now my 'go-to Michael Hill store.

What a warm, hospitable and friendly service! I was looked after by Hassan and he was the sweetest person ever! I was completely floored by his attention to detail and genuine kindness to help me find the right gifts for my family. My previous negative experience with the Parramatta Michael Hill store was completely offset thanks to Hassan’s hospitality. He made sure I got the best deal and I left the store feeling so ecstatic, thank you!

My family and I bought items from here. I love the newly rebranded flagship store and had to stop in. The whole space looks so fresh and staff look fab! Warm and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all.

Avoid Michael Hill at all costs. The customer service in this store is almost comical, from management down to the part-time staff. I bought an item here the other day and mentioned to the woman who served me (who barely spoke English) that I wasn’t completely sure about it and might need to return it if it wasn’t right. She reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem. At no point did she mention that there were no refunds or exchanges. In fact, the impression given was the opposite. It seems clear that staff may be operating on some form of commission structure where closing the sale is more important than the customer experience. When I got home, I noticed the receipt said no exchange, so I called the store. I was told there shouldn’t be an issue and that the manager would be in the following day and could arrange the refund. I then made the 45-minute journey back to the store after being advised to do so. The manager clearly didn’t want to deal with the situation and told me to leave it with him for a few hours and return later that evening. I did exactly that and ended up waiting around the area for most of the day because it made no sense to travel home and back again. Afte
