I had an absolutely amazing experience with Mighty Campervans in Sydney! Our Mercedes campervan was fantastic—comfortable, reliable, and perfect for exploring Australia. What really made the experience stand out was the incredible customer service. Branch Manager Diane and her entire team were unbelievably patient, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They answered every question we had and made the whole rental process completely stress-free. I honestly believe that if you’re planning a road trip and don’t choose Mighty, you’re making a mistake. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to renting with Mighty again on my next adventure!

Before we went to the pick-up, I read through the issues other persons had here (so all the negative ones) with other vans, so that I could create a checklist for pick-up. In the end, this was both a good and a bad decision, because it stressed us out even more, but on the other hand we had a clear picture of what things to check before heading off. Our van was very fine, despite the mileage of about 165 000 km. So I personally can't verify those bad reviews. I also can't verify the bad reviews about the behaviour of the staff - I guess "what goes around comes around.". However, there are things to improve the experience, which I may post here and also submitted on the feedback form. As a customer it is quite stressful to go through every aspect of the camper at pick-up, because - in theory - you are fully responsible for every damage and if anything is already broken at pick-up and notice it at the road, it is difficult or too late to make a claim that it wasn't your fault. The staff at the pick-up is just checking for outside damages (dents, scratches, ...) but not if everything inside works as expected. Also by contract there is no gurantee that anything of the equipment works

We recently hired a motorhome for 5 days through Diane at mighty Motor Homes and had a fantastic experience. Diane was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The motorhome was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Diane took the time to explain everything before we left, making us feel comfortable and confident for our trip. Her excellent communication and customer service made the whole experience stress-free. Its was very good experience with Mighty Campers, luckily I got brand New Mercedes Benz Camper van so good. Staff was so friendly.
