My doctor is Dr. Daniel Bui. He is attentive, very experienced, wise, and listens to our complaints with great patience. He has been my doctor and my family's doctor for a long time, and I wouldn't change him for another doctor. I wish you a long life, Dr. Daniel Bui!

I went for my blood test today and the lady who took my blood sample,she was not trained enough. She took my blood and i donot know how she pricked the needle my blood pumped out and instead of bothering about me,she started asking me if her T-shirt or Face stained with the blood and she started checking the mirror for herself. I asked her if everything is ok and she gave me diffetent reasons which were not even relevant for the blood test. She needs a more training because this is related to someone's health.

They prioritise Telehealth over someone who’s come in saying they have chest pain and struggling to breathe … do not recommend. There’s a big lack of empathy in this clinic and it starts with point of contact.

UPDATE! They will also respond to your review with blatant lies and fabricated information. To whom it concerns, I was never given a list of specialists, I repeatedly asked for one but was told by Dr. DEEPA that that list of specialists does not exist with any doctors office and she cannot help me find any sort of doctor, that I have to go manually hunt down a specialist and then ask for a referral to one I want. On top of it being heavily implied that multiple gps were aware of my chronic pain and were investigating where I should go.... No it took dr deepa a few minutes until she folded and admitted these inadequate facilities at your clinic. I will be in touch shortly to move medical files from this business. Do not recommend.

Was told to get a separate appointment for a mhcp. Needed to get blood test to check iron levels as well as for my hormones as I suspect I have issues there. Was told I can’t test for hormones because it’s not a chronic issue for me, despite dealing with heavy period symptoms on and off for years. Went back the following week to draw blood for iron levels and couldn’t get blood drawn because it’s only open until midday. Despite getting there at 11:40ish, was told to take a number and wait. At midday when I asked reception I was told to knock on the lab door. I wasn’t instructed to do that when I arrived. I also had to fast for this one so you can imagine my frustration.
