Safa Sbeit, the Assistant Branch Manager, absolutely deserves 5 stars. She was incredibly patient, listened carefully to my requests, and made the whole experience welcoming and stress‑free. Staff tells you to wait because the attending to your query will take some time and wants to clear the queue (2 people). Waited 10 mins, he cleared those 2 people behind me already and keeps attending to more people that came in. ANZ next door have better management system to enter you into queue so you are attended to within a reasonable time frame.
