Very good supermarket. Spacious, large range of products and lots of stock.

Well stocked and way better than the market in Hurstville station. There are two entrances, front and back. Well stocked for Japanese items but weak on Thai or Viet items. However, very good on Chinese items. Fruit and vegetables were meh but give it a look anyway.

Good prices, but be very careful at the checkout. Staff will chat and distract you, then scan extra quantities of items. I was charged for 1–2 more of some large items than I actually bought, which is hard to miss by accident. They also didn’t offer a receipt until I specifically asked, which felt suspicious. This doesn’t seem like first-timers, they look like frequent scammers trying their luck. I checked the receipt right after leaving and had to walk back for a refund. Only 2 stars due to cheap prices but dishonest behaviour stops it getting more.

Located near to Westfield Hurtsville so it is convenient for us to shop after 3 hour parking at Westfield is up. There is an underground parking in the building which is free for 2 hours for shoppers at New Yen Yen. Otherwise, there is also a parking lot located close to New Yen Yen. We are spoilt for choice on the expansive variety of Asian groceries found here. You name it, you have it! The fresh vegetable and fruit options are a bit limited though, and doesn't look fresh as well.
