Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Hurstville follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. Great Woolworths that is always clean and tidy… not very busy which makes for a stress free shopping experience. The few times I needed help the front/service desk team members have been friendly and helpful. Plenty of easy parking which helps and far easier than Westfield down the road.

Unacceptable, Rude and Arrogant pickup young male Customer Service I am extremely disappointed by the appalling customer service I experienced at Woolworths Hurstville East. a young male staff member spoke to me in an openly rude, arrogant and disrespectful manner. His tone was hostile and condescending, and he showed absolutely no basic courtesy or professionalism. I was not asking for special treatment—I simply expected to be treated with the minimum level of respect that any paying customer deserves. This was not a minor misunderstanding or an innocent communication problem. His behaviour was aggressive, humiliating and completely unacceptable for anyone working in a customer-facing position. No customer should be made to feel intimidated, belittled or unwelcome while shopping. Woolworths is a major Australian retailer and should not tolerate staff members who damage the store’s reputation through abusive and arrogant behaviour. I expect management to respond publicly, apologise and explain what action will be taken. Until this matter is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this store.

Really disappointed with my experience at this Woolworths. Yesterday, I went in to buy Fever-Tree Tonic Water. The price on the Woolworths website showed it was 20% off, but the shelf price in store was still the full $9.95. I showed the online price to the staff, but both the team member and the acting supervisor refused to honour it, saying online prices are different from in-store prices. What frustrated me most was that when I asked how customers are supposed to know whether a promotion is online-only or available in store, they couldn't give me an answer. In the end, the acting supervisor agreed to override the price, but then asked me not to tell anyone, which I found quite unprofessional. Customers can easily check prices online, so I don't understand why this would be something to keep quiet. Woolworths really needs to fix this and provide better staff training. If online promotions are different from in-store prices, make that clear. Otherwise, it's confusing and misleading for customers.

I’m giving them one star review because I can’t give them zero. There’s everything’s wrong with them. The girls who work there are so rude. They have no customer service skills, they don’t even smile when they help you at the registers or even talk to you. They would just tap aggressively at the screen and leave. Expired stock on the shelves, when mentioning it to staff members, they ignore you. I have seen a rodents crawl from under the produce into one of the aisles. I’ve also seen cockroaches in the store.

Very convenient, nice and big.Lots of parking space available. Quick and easy access .Have been here twice ( on the way home after work) and so far soo good. Ailes are well stocked and lots of staff available to help. Scan and go is available but I would hold off till they sort out teething problems. The checkout staff are helpful and friendly. If you reside in the Hurstville area do definitely consider utilizing this Woolworth shop as the Westfield shop is always packed with shoppers.
