I'm a bit confused by the positive reviews. I've visited this store about six times over the past few months, and the customer service has been consistently dreadful. The young female staff members don't seem interested in serving customers. They never smile and don't even bother to look at you. On every visit, I've felt completely ignored, which comes across as extremely rude.

This store is fantastic! I always get my cards, calendars and lottery packs from here I've been coming for years and love the personable service and friendly chats. I'm glad to have such a great newsagents nearby

I went in today to buy a card, and when I got to the checkout, I said hello, but the blond guy at the register didn’t respond at all. He completely ignored me. I’m not sure if he just wasn’t paying attention (which would be the best-case scenario), but either way, it felt rude. When you work in a store and deal with customers, basic manners like greeting customers should be the minimum.

3.4 - Situated next to Coles Westfield, I was looking for a very specific diary that I could buy online for $30. Found that it was $40 in this newsagency! That's quite a markup, seeing as I would expect the newsagency to get a discount for bulk buy and delivery!
