The Quarantine Station at Manly is always a pleasure to visit. The beautiful scenery, fascinating history, and resident wildlife make it such a unique and enjoyable place to explore. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the cafΓ© staff were especially lovely during our visit. It’s a peaceful location with so much character, and we always enjoy coming back. Highly recommended!

Just love this place. Booked a winter escape package, amazing value. History tour was very interesting, tour guide Arthur was so easy to listen too and knew all the history. The view from our room was spectacular. Will definitely be back. Only thing that would improve our stay would have been a casual eatery open at night down near the wharf. Boilerhouse restaurant was nice but a snack casual option onsite would be great.

Located at 1 North Head Scenic Drive, Manly, New South Wales, Australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί We had a fantastic time at Q Station today. There is so much history, our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly, so willing to answer our questions and extremely patient with us. We had people with disabilities in our group and she was just so calm and extremely understanding. We had lunch down at the cafe near the beach. They were very polite and very accommodating to us. The menu is not big, not a lot of selection but still ok. The views over the harbour is second to none. On a clear day like today, the view is stunning. Our tour was so interesting and our guide was full of great information about the Quarantine station, how it came to be, the story and how and when it closed, I was surprised to learn that the Quarantine station closed as recently as 1984. You can also stay at the Quarantine Station, there is cabins available and also there’s Ghost Tours. I am actually seriously considering staying a night with a friend. The mini museum in the same building as the cafe was very interesting and the tour included the hospital πŸ₯ and the autoclave’s where they used to wash the suitcases after they came off t
