I can't recommend this vet hospital highly enough. My dog is very fearful and can present as reactive, but the receptionists are always so kind and the vets are incredibly skilled, compassionate and understanding. As an anxious owner, I always feel listened to and reassured. They provide exceptional care and are always reasonably priced. Thank you for looking after both of us so well!

I live in a rural outback area, about 5 hours away from this company. My 11 year old blue tongue lizard hasn’t been well, and I had to take him to an emergency vet tonight. I left feeling very uneasy and distraught without him. I had to make the difficult decision to leave him with a vet who wasn’t experienced with reptiles, but they said they would provide IV fluids, antibiotics, and pain relief while monitoring him overnight. Before this, I had been trying to get him seen after he first became unwell, but no vets would take him as they were either not experienced with reptiles or fully booked. I did everything I could over those few days to keep him comfortable and hydrated, but it became too much to watch him get worse. I reached out to this company for advice on what to do next, and the receptionist I spoke to was incredibly compassionate and supportive. She made a very stressful and emotional situation feel a little more manageable. Thank you so much for your kindness. If more veterinary services showed this level of care and understanding, the world would be a better place. Your customer service was truly outstanding, and I can’t thank you enough for helping me feel even

After a terrible accident with our dog Delilah, we found ourselves in a situation no pet owner ever wants to face. The team at North Shore Vet showed incredible compassion, honesty, and care during such a difficult time. They worked with us to explore every option and ultimately helped make it possible for Delilah to receive the treatment she needed. Seeing her back home with us now is something we are endlessly grateful for. Thank you to the entire team for not only being excellent vets, but for genuinely caring about the animals and families who walk through your doors.
