I couldn’t recommend Dr Juliane more. She is very professional, transparent, knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt immediately trusting and informed from my first consultation with her for my rabbit. She really takes the time and care to ensure your comfort as a pet owner.

Exceptional service and the best place to take your rabbit if they are not well. They take no chances and cover all the bases to work out what the problem is and take all steps to make them well.

Dr Cathy is such an amazing bunny vet! She has a super calming presence and my three buns are well looked after during their annual check ups!

I had a terrible experience at SERV. Firstly, the receptionists are incompetent and have no empathy for patients. They lack decent skills and I struggle to understand how they are in people-facing roles. My rabbit was having a seizure and the receptionist just stood there and laughed. My rabbit ended up passing at SERV. The on-call specialist was great and professional but the front receptionist is definitely the reason why I would never come back to this vet and would absolutely not recommend it. Laughing at your phone whilst people are dealing with the loss of their loved ones just shows the type of training they haven’t received. I’m absolutely appalled with the receptionists attitude and how management haven’t done anything to rectify this. Based on other reviews, clearly this isn’t the first time. (South-Asian receptionist, dark skin and a Lebanese looking receptionist) fitting that they don’t have their names available considering the amount of complaints they would receive if they did.

Heartless Veterinarians at this Hospital. They only care about your money and will suggest unnecessary treatments just to charge you extra. I had a bunny, and when I brought him in, the veterinarian barely even looked at him. He shamelessly talked about charging $2,000 for an overnight stay with hydration and then suggested an additional $2,000 to remove all of his teeth and bones to fix his crooked teeth. I paid the consultation fee, left, and went to a local vet instead. The huge difference was the kindness and care they showed. They gave him a good cleaning and antibiotics without even asking for payment first and didn’t charge for keeping him overnight. They also kept me informed the next day. I don’t mind paying for overnight charge and anything extra, but the attitude and behavior of the first vet in this disgusting hospital just showed what true humanity is about.
