Very helpful, made us feel so safe and helped us say goodbye to our little one. Such a difficult process made so much easier by the staff and vets. Thank you.

We initially had a very good experience with the Vet Derm Clinic. We started seeing them in January 2025. However, in November 2025 we had realised they sent to us the immunotherapy vials for a different dog. They gave us the incorrect medication which we were lucky did not cause my dog any severe side effects, except it did slow down his progress. We arranged an appointment for February 2026 which was booked well in advance. After waiting 30 minutes for the appointment at 11am, I was told to walk my dog around the block as he was becoming increasingly anxious and was crying nonstop. By the time we waited for 40 minutes, we ended up walking out without being seen. While one receptionist said they would be one minute, the other came out and said β€œyou should probably rebook”. I am extremely disappointed that no one from the skin clinic called us to offer any kind of apology for what they put my dog through. We drove over 40 minutes each way and spent easily $20 in tolls each way to be turned away. Above all my dog was left crying and anxious for at least 40 minutes in the waiting room. I can say with great confidence we will not be returning to the Vet Derm Clinic.

Strongly encourage anyone seeking to engage services, at this clinic, to do their research. Including but not limited to understanding this clinic was formerly operating under the name of β€œSydney Veterinary Emergency & Specialists” in Rosebery: click on website link and you will see it takes you straight to new North Shore Vet link, confirming same. Where the truly concerning not to mention unprofessional and heartbreaking reviews from the multitudes - who genuinely trusted the Vets in their most vulnerable moments - speak for themselves. I appreciate every person/ business can change and improve for the better. However, when one of our beloved fur babies lives could have been ended prematurely because of their unprofessional, unethical and essentially, ill-motivated conduct. I share this hoping it saves just one life πŸ’›

I can not believe my previous Google review was deleted. I will contact Google as well! It was my first Google review to let everyone in NorthShore to know how horrible my experience was. To cut the story short, my cat had a lump on the neck, I took my cat to the vet on 6th May, the vet Dr Armin Yarand gave me 5 minutes, only requested further testing, $1000 for biopsy and $600-$700 for x ray, did not give me any reasons for the lump. the test was one week away, then the whole week my cat not eating and being miserable! then he scratched his lumpduring the weekend before the test! , all the passing and blood went everywhere I wrote this review on Google to let everyone know, but my review was deleted, I will take further actions on this!!!
