I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to the manager, Endeavour, who checked me in. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Their friendly attitude and excellent customer service made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding service!

Unbeatable location for the footy, but the rooms need an update. We recently stayed here as a family of five for a footy weekend, and the location truly cannot be beaten. It sits perfectly right between the stadium and Eat Street, making dining and getting to the game incredibly easy. Novotel offers some fantastic footy bundle deals that included free breakfast and parking, which made it excellent value for us. Parking on-site was straightforward and stress-free. As a larger family, we booked two rooms with two double beds. I had requested interconnecting rooms, but we found out at check-in that this specific room configuration cannot interconnect. Thankfully, the staff were very accommodating (thank you Endeavour!) and gave us adjacent rooms instead. The service throughout our stay was a major highlight - every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. As for the premises, it is definitely a bit tired. Our rooms were clean enough and the beds were very comfortable, but the property is showing its age. The fittings were a bit dinged up and we had a broken, outdated radio in our room. Very comfortable king bed and pillows. The room was not big but clean with a nice view. The bath shower was a little awkward to get in and out and the universal shower head needed to be fully raised and against the wall to get coverage. A small bar size fridge and good room service. Overall it was value for money.

I stayed at the Novotel for 50 nights and had a very peaceful and comfortable experience. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was consistently tasty, and the room service was very good throughout my stay. The location is excellent — the Light Rail is just nearby, and it’s close to Parramatta’s Church Street, which has plenty of food options and a great atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant long stay
