It's not often I feel compelled to write a review, but Ocular & Eyes have certainly earned this one. I had a very specific goal: fitting premium Varilux XR lenses into my Oakley Stunt Glider prescription frames. After being told by several providers that it couldn't be done, Michael and the team didn't dismiss the challenge. They explored multiple options, worked directly with Essilor, had contingency plans, and ultimately delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The result genuinely exceeded my expectations. I already own several pairs of premium prescription glasses, including other Varilux lenses, and these are, without question, the best glasses I've ever worn. The clarity, comfort, and vision at every distance are exceptional. The customer service was equally impressive. Every email was answered promptly, everything was explained clearly, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. Even the small touches, from the presentation to the documentation provided with my glasses, reflected a level of professionalism that's becoming increasingly rare. Excellent experience at Ocular & Eyes. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They helped me choose a stylish pair of Japanese titanium frames that fit perfectly and feel incredibly comfortable. I had a great experience at ocular and eyes Sydney. I’ve been looking around for titanium frames that were gold or rose gold colour and round shape. They stock a huge range of frames that you can’t find elsewhere. I checked many other optometrists including big chains such as specsavers, opsm, Oscar and Wylee and none had what I was looking for! Only in regular metal. I was tossing up a pair of frames that Owndays had and was actually on my way to the city store when I stumbled across ocular and eyes and decided to walk in and have a look. I was warmly greeted by Hao and Michael who helped me with trying different frames the colour and shape I was looking for. I ended up going for a pair of Japonism frames. Partly due to the service I received at the store - both of the team were very helpful and I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. And also because when I tried the frames on they just felt like quality; like they will last for years! I found out they are hand made titanium frames sourced directly from Japan.
