The lady in the store was lovely- I needed my glasses adjusting however they weren't purchased from there. She was very obliging, fixing them free of charge. They also have the best glasses !

I had an amazing experience at Perfect Vision Optical in the Strand Arcade. I’ve struggled for years to find glasses (both regular and sunglasses) that truly suit my face, and no other optometrist or store had been able to help, until now. Kim was absolutely fantastic. She patiently pulled out a wide range of styles and encouraged me to try as many as needed until I found something I genuinely loved. Nothing felt rushed, and her eye for what worked was spot on. I was also on a tight timeline before an overseas trip, and Kim went above and beyond to have my glasses ready within a week. I was genuinely surprised at how quickly it all came together. The optometrist and the entire team were equally wonderful, professional, friendly, and seamless from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the result. The glasses look amazing, and the quality of the lenses is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Perfect Vision Optical and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, which made the whole visit feel easy. Kim was welcoming and patient, and she really took the time to help me find frames that suited my face and everyday lifestyle. Her attention to detail and natural sense of style made the process enjoyable rather than overwhelming. What really stood out was how precise everything was. When I picked up my glasses, they fit perfectly straight away with no adjustments needed. The vision is clear and comfortable, even after wearing them all day. PERFECT VISION Optical Strand Arcade I went all over the place to find what I’m looking for for weeks then there it was Perfect vision Strand Arcade Sydney wow wow never seen designed glass like that very top notch if your going to make a statement !! That is the only place that can happen . Gillian Lai is perfect , She provides perfect caring warm customer service so wonderfull , all the staff just incredible .. Wow wow wow from me that’s for sure . Lots of love Love my new pair fantastic . Michael zarakas
