The staff were cold, dismissive, and made me feel judged from the moment I walked in. While I can't know their intentions, the way I was treated made me question whether racial bias may have played a role, especially when I saw them interacting much more warmly with other customers. What surprised me most was that the owner would hire and tolerate staff who make customers feel so unwelcome. I expected a much more respectful and inclusive environment, and I left feeling disappointed rather than wanting to support the business.

Was really looking forward to visiting this store whilst here from QLD. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Was not greeted and was glared at up and down. Terrible experience 1/10 customer service skills. Myself and my 3 friends were incredibly surprised.
