The eye check went smoothly with Dr. Sonia. She explained everything in detailed. Also the front desk Grace and Alma was very nice and accomodating. I only experienced a bit delayed on my eyewear.

I had such a great experience at OPSM Blacktown! Honestly, the whole process was way easier than I expected. Big shoutout to the lovely girl, RAKSHA, she was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out a frame that actually suits my face (which I always struggle with 😅), and she was super patient while I tried on a bunch of different styles. What I really appreciated was how she explained everything so clearly, without making it feel overwhelming or rushed. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my choice. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. Definitely a 5-star experience for me—highly recommend OPSM Blacktown, and if you can, ask for Raksha. She’ll take great care of you!

I didn’t buy my glasses in this store however that was not an issue. The glasses arm had its screw come off and was replaced in a couple minutes by Anthony. He was super helpful and went above and beyond what was needed, he even helped with adjusting the frame to suit my face better. Overall a fantastic experience. Thank you again Anthony!

First of all, Dr Li was great, kind polite and patient. I would rate him 4/5. However, my overall experience was 1/5. On 8/2/2026, I visited with my mum and my daughter. Since both of us needed an eye test, I couldn’t leave my daughter at home alone. The issue was with one of the staff, a white mid aged female staff told us to get out because my daughter was crying. She simply has no idea what customer service is and showed zero compassion. How could you ask a frustrated mother, who is doing everything she can to settle her 1 year old to just go out? I understand that crying might bother other customers but she could have done it in a nicer way, just like Dr Li who politely asked us to go outside to talk. If Dr Li hadn’t been there, I would never go back to OPSM Blacktown again. I hope OPSM takes customer feedback seriously,other than that, the whole feedback process is just a waste of everyone’s time.

We had a great visit, Raksha was so helpful, polite and alot of fun helping me with my glasses. We've been going to opsm for 30 odd years. Deepesh was helping my son Adrian Graham with his and he was awesome as well. Then Jennie as always the week later fitted our glasses and was great too. Hopefully she's doing ok and has her phone close by for her heart monitoring. All in all a wonderful visit each time was had by Adrian and myself. 😊 The young lady and gentlemen that did our eye tests were wonderful too.
