I recently visited Specsavers Blacktown and had a very positive experience. A special thank you to Tim, the optometrist, who was outstanding throughout my appointment. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed, and he took the time to carefully explain his findings, answer my questions, and ensure I understood my eye health and vision needs. His attention to detail and compassionate approach made a real difference and gave me great confidence in the care I received. I'd also like to thank Jennie for assisting with ordering my new contact lenses and glasses. She was helpful, efficient, and made the process simple and stress-free. Sathiya also deserves recognition for her warm welcome and friendly smile when I arrived. She conducted the initial eye tests and was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the start. Overall, I truly appreciated the care and professionalism shown by the entire team, but Tim's exceptional service stood out and made this one of the best eye care experiences I've had. Thank you all for your help and kindness.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team at Specsavers Blacktown for their outstanding customer service. I recently purchased a pair of glasses and had requested an expedited delivery as I had lost my old glasses and was finding it very difficult to manage my work without them. The team was extremely understanding, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my glasses were delivered earlier than expected. Their professionalism, empathy, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. It’s rare to find such genuine care and responsiveness these days. I had an excellent experience at Specsavers Blacktown. The team provided outstanding customer care from start to finish. Every staff member was approachable, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Special mention to Thien who was extremely friendly and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options clearly, and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Today I visited Specsavers in Blacktown and I was greeted by Zianah. Looks like she was a trainee but she was very comforting, friendly, courteous and smily. Her way of dealing with me and other clients was excellent. She was very smart and focused. She was well behaved and well spoken. She directed me to a seat and presented a chair. After she called a senior person who handed the glasses to me. I believe that young learners like Zainah should be encouraged to be great servants of the Australian community
