The room was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the CBD. This was my second time staying here, and I was pleased to find that the room was still in great condition. Although the hotel is old, still clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everything was neatly organized, and the room was spotless when we arrived.

Conveniently located in the CBD. However, the building is old. It can be seen from the information on the walls how many owners the building has been through. The room could use with an update - more lighting, fresh paint, newer carpet, soundproof windows. The location is very loud, especially in facing the east. The shower is weak, with low water pressure, but there's a sign to let you know. The temperature control is also very finicky. The sink is too small to effectively fill the kettle, so we had to use the shower. The WiFi is also unstable and cuts in and out. Don't expect to work from a laptop effectively or watch videos. One of the two elevators also serves the apartments so it can be slow to get one. The staff are wonderfully helpful, they do a great job of tidying the room. There is daily room service!
