Monday March 15 Sunday approximately 1-2pm I looked up on google which dealership will be opened on Sunday and I came across yours so I took my family for a 1.1hour drive from eastern suburbs to come do a test drive and view purchasing a h6 ultra outright purchase as a family car. I walk in while the kids are sleeping outside in the car to speak to someone I had a tanned New Zealand accent with a Mohawk hair cut fellow approached me and ask how he can help, I explained to him I would be interested in a H6 Ultra and told him all the qualifying answers he asked me regarding my interest. Then he replies after me telling him I wasn’t aware I needed to call and book a test drive that he couldn’t help me unless I went and come back after an hour. I told him I can’t the kids sleeping and I drove over an hour away to come here today. He replies to me so unprofessionally saying well if you really need a car and you will drive your family back home and come back later and then again saying sorry no one is available to help you. I replied saying that’s so unprofessional you can’t tell a customer “oh if you really need a car you can drive home and drop the kids off for a 1 hour drive and
