Classic bait-and-switch tactics. Got an official instant buy offer for my car from Mazda North Parramatta and took it in for the final check. Instead of a straightforward, professional evaluation, the salesman tried to completely fabricate stories about my vehicle to tank its value. He claimed it had been through major structural repairs and had resprayed panels—complete nonsense that is entirely untrue. It raises a massive red flag about how this dealership operates. If a professional dealer genuinely believed a car had major structural damage, why would they still offer to buy it at all? Dealerships buy inventory to resell to the public. If they legitimately thought my car was structurally compromised, are they planning to pass those exact safety issues onto their next unsuspecting retail customer? The reality is that it’s an incredibly deceptive tactic designed to get you through the door with a competitive price, only to try and bully or trick you into a lower valuation once you're there. If you don't want to honor the guaranteed digital offer, just keep the uneducated opinions to yourself and give me a straight number instead of trying to lowball with fabricated stories. Z

I've just moved to Sydney and have been driving Mazda for ten years, so this was my preference for my first car here. Despite my limited budget, Blake and the rest of the guys made me feel welcome. Blake did a fantastic job in showing off a great 2012 CX-5 (with just 123XXX km) while keeping my expectations grounded on a 10+ year old car. I made a deposit the day I came in and drove out with the car the next week after they did some work on it, including making sure it was squeaky clean! Even after the purchase, Blake keeps me well looked after, answering all my questions and concerns. I look forward to driving this car for more years to come until I eventually upgrade, hopefully to something off their showroom.
