Writing this review to share my honest feedback regarding the Parramatta Mazda service department on Ferris Street. I brought the vehicle in for a routine electrical component replacement. Immediately after their service, the engine developed major issues and stopped running properly. Instead of taking accountability for their workmanship or conducting a thorough diagnosis, their only solution was to tell me to pay out of my own pocket for a second-hand engine. They offered no fair or genuine technical assistance.A dealership’s long-term growth and reputation rely heavily on how they treat all customers, whether they are buying a new car or coming in as an existing owner for service. I truly hope management can improve their service attitude and after-sales care, as treating every customer with genuine respect is the only way to build lasting success.

I recently purchased a new Mazda 2 Sedan from Parramatta Mazda, and Ahmed was very helpful throughout the process. He was professional, friendly, and made everything easy. The whole team was also very welcoming. I'm very happy with my new car and would definitely recommend Parramatta Mazda.

Signed contract got cancelled by dealers with no compensation at all. Came in store to claim for the refund, got yelled and humiliated. Very bad experience. Don’t buy cars from them. Business owner's response: Hello I am the owner of the company. Can i clarify that you paid a deposit for a new Mazda here, we cancelled the order & then refused to refund your deposit?? Sorry to be direct but this almost never happens! If i misunderstood and you cancelled the contract then for sure this is what the deposit is for. To recover a small amount for the lost time and effort we spent for you. Happy to sort it out however if we cancelled the contract for whatever reason. Jamie. My response: Yes, your sale's person cancelled the order three days after my payment, and requested my bank details to refund in a very arrogant and disrespectful even threatening way. When I provide my bank details, that person stated that he's not working on the day, have to delay the refund due to he is not in charge of the refund process. When I walked into the store with my wife, the people who were in charge, were laughing and kept us waiting and delayed the refund process, and even yelled at us. Terrible experie

I can't thank Amer and Muhumad for their service and care over the past week. I purchased my new car last week and the team went above and beyond and made the buying process so easy. From walking in last week to driving my car away, the team were so kind, helpful, lovely and the best dealership I have been to. Mannik, the finance manager, made by the finance process so easy and made me feel supported and a part of the family. Highly recommend!

We didn’t start off too well with communication but at pick up Mohammed really made up for it. His instructions and service around the car were very clear and slow so that my mum could understand him. Amer was also very helpful and his service was great too. My mum was happy!
