I cannot fault this Medical Centre. The receptionist understood my need to see a doctor quickly and she organised it without questions. She could see I was in need of a doctor urgently and she made it happen. As for the doctor I saw, he was very compassionate and empathetic and it was what I need to hear and see. Thank you Medical Centre and thank you to the lovely receptionist on Sunday 5th July 2026.

I have seen Dr Steve and Nurse Gia on multiple occasions and both are fantastic. They are kind, attentive and professional. Nurse Gia has had to administer a specific needle I get that even hospital staff have found difficult and she has always done it with great care and helped me to relax. Thank you both.

Dr Divvya is great GP. I've been seeing her as my GP for a few years now. She calmly listens and goes through the diagnosis/prognosis process methodically. Happy to recommend her. Also just to say reception were also good. I know sometimes that's not the case but I've found they are pretty patient and accommodating.

I booked urgently since I had broken my left wrist and it’s in a cast but there has been a constant hot ache feeling. So, the receptionist booked me with Dr. Deveane (I hope the spell is correct) she visited me and she was very nice. I felt I’d known her for ages, she was cool, kind and friendly. I was a happy patient as I walked out the medical centre.

The staff, especially Ms. Shakira, were welcoming, organised, and attentive throughout the process. Dr. Nikhar Shah stood out for being both empathetic and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen and explain things clearly. Overall, the care and service exceeded expectations.
