The road design between Glenmore Parkway and the A9 is absolutely terrible. The layout is unnecessarily confusing and frustrating to drive through, with awkward lane arrangements and poor traffic flow. It feels like the road was designed without considering how people actually use it every day. For such a busy connection to a major road like the A9, the design should be much clearer, smoother and safer. Instead, it makes a simple drive unnecessarily stressful. Definitely one of the most poorly designed sections of road in the area.

Red bin got emptied by garbage collectors, unfortunately dropped in the garbage truck. Have been ringing council for a replacement, now going on two weeks. Everyone I talk to give me different times when a new one will be delivered. So disappointed. I’ve always paid our rates on time. How damn hard is it to get a new bin delivered. Not happy at all with Council 😑

Penrith council is an absolute disgrace, all they care about is handing out fines and not the community at all. Parks are full of rubbish and overgrown grass. When they do come out, the workers just sit in their truck laid back with their phones in their hand they do no work at all have seen them do this multiple times.

Penrith council are an absolute disgrace, they haven’t mowed this park in Erskine Park since a couple of weeks before Christmas. I lodged a complaint 2 weeks ago and they still have done nothing about. A lot of people walk through this park. I’m surprised no one has been bitten by a snake. Care factor is zero. Typical public servants getting paid to do nothing.

Ongoing issues with Penrith City Council bin collection service. For over 2yrs, the red or yellow bin is either missed, late pick up or street trashed by bin driver when emptying bin. Driver doesn’t pick up his mess. Maybe it’s time for the EPA to step in to investigate.
