As an Uber Eats delivery partner, I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. When I arrived to collect an order, I positioned myself at an empty checkout counter. Despite the cashier clearly seeing me, she called a colleague to open that counter and then allowed a retail customer to be served before me, telling me to "wait." As a delivery partner, I am not paid to wait in line with retail customers. Uber Eats merchant partners are expected to have a system in place to handle order pickups efficiently. This store does not. To make matters worse, when I simply explained to the cashier that I was not being paid to wait, she reported me to Uber Eats. I did nothing wrong, I calmly and professionally stood up for my rights as a delivery partner. As a result of this incident, my delivery took 31 minutes for less than 6km directly impacting my earnings. I have formally reported this to Uber Eats. I would advise the management to implement a proper pickup process for delivery partners, as we are there to collect already-paid orders, not to shop.

The Manager with the Brazilian-heritage (forgot her name, sorry :() was super-knowledgable about Cats, which helped us get the right Worming solution for our first-ever Feline member of our family! Seek her our for any Cat questions!

Always very helpful and polite staff . A large variety of different products and they will price match in store . Nice atmosphere there and the dogs always love it .I can't walk past without letting them have a wander inside .

This place just about has everything you would want or desire for your pet either it's for your pussy cat, you're a lovely fur baby doggy, for a little bird, or even for your goldfish this store has a very wide range of food, clothing, or tools for grooming your fur- babies and collars and even balls of all shapes and sizes, The staff are very friendly and there is even free parking for half an hour on the premises just out the side of the store, I do recommend this Petbarn Bondi it's a very handy location Easy to get to and easy to leave! Thank you Petbarn Bondi As always you have been very helpful for my boy Charlie and myself see you again soon! 🐶❤️

A fantastic place to go and buy things for your pet or adopt a new cat or a fish! The staff are very helpful and tell you exactly why you needed help with. With various products it a great place to go to! However, there aren't that many car parks so if you're going on a busy day you may have to find another place to park. Otherwise, this is a great pet store!
