Billi toy poodle has been in the great care of loving staff at Rara in bondi junction since she was a tiny pup !! Billi is always keen to see Sarah and the team and i am constantly complemented on her beautiful grooming !! Thank you 🙏 team !!

We are VERY upset after taking our dog to this place today for the second time. We thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt by going back, but that was a big mistake. We specifically asked them not to trim his head AT ALL. We love his shaggy look and only needed to get him clipped because he gets very bad matting on the belly mainly, despite daily brushing. Because the person helping us was not a native English speaker, we were VERY CLEAR and repeated many times NOT HIS HEAD. Or his tail. The instructions were not listened to! And they didn't even take responsibility for not listening to our request. We got a mumbled sorry from the woman, but the guy who did the job was unapologetic and trying to justify blatantly overriding our request. It is very upsetting. Yes, it's only hair, and yes it will grow back, but it takes MONTHS to grow back. We paid, but we really should be given a refund. Never going back and will not be recommending the place to anyone that's for sure.

A bit expensive for a dog wash. Although they did do a good job. My dog seemed to have enjoyed the experience as they were very kind on him. Would go again if his coat gets really big as to me not being able to do it myself. Nice staff who know what they are doing. Before and after photos and videos.

We were customers of the Suprepet pet boutique in Bondi Junction for the past two years. Sarah and the team took care of our two labradoodles, Monty and Chesney, every week. The entire team is absolutely amazing, very professional, caring and always treated our doggies as their own with so much attention and love. Monty and Chesney also developed very close relationship with the girls and loved going there for their weekly grooming. Unfortunately, due to our relocation, we will have to find another salon at our new location; otherwise, we would remain devoted and very happy customers of Sarah and the team. This salon and the team were a great find for us. Please go see them - you won't regret.
