Today (13/07/26), we picked up our newest family member, Pepper. We would like to thank the two young ladies who were working today. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They gave us plenty of helpful information and practical advice on how to care for our new kitten. They made the entire adoption process very informative without making it feel overwhelming, boring, or too long. We really appreciate the time they took to answer all of our questions, as well as their positive attitude, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

Visit on Saturday to purchase a kitten ,this is the third kitten purchased through this store .i find the business very professional supplying rescue and some breed of cats and dogs .all the staff are amazing and caring of the animals!! Leo in particular stands out as he is very caring but honestly they are all awesome! Looks like an amazing place to work .

They rehome some rescue cats and while I support this, the bulk of their profits come from the selling of puppies from breeders. I've read the odd replies to similar comments and they like to say "there are lots of staffies in shelters, not the breeds we sell like cavoodles, moodles etc". Are you aware of how beautifully natured staffies typically are and how wonderful they are as family dogs? Are you aware of how many other gorgeous breeds and sweet individuals are currently sitting in shelters as we speak? Are you aware of just how many will be euthanised simply because the shelters get too full? Supporting pet stores contributes to this devastating problem. Those poor animals are CURRENTLY ALIVE, need homes, and have unconditional love to give but they will be given up on because people want to wait for someone to breed tiny "designer" puppies instead. I am ashamed to admit that I used to see no problem with pet stores who didn't source from puppy farms, I came to this store a few times and the majority of the staff were lovely and truly cared about the wellbeing of the animals in the store. The loveliest staff with very happy puppies. Pam was amazing with my 9 year old who fell in love with a Schmoodle. Her patience and care in helping us make the right decision for us -and then the aftercare- was exceptional. We brought our pup back for a visit a week later and he was super happy to see everyone again. 100% sign of well looked after pups.

Got a beautiful puppy, great service and great care for the dogs. Cleo helped us through the familiarisation process of getting our new puppy and everything we needed together. Strongly recommend.
