Perfect location if dining at Parramatta Square. Easy, spacious. Little bit expensive. Paid $27 for 3 hours.

Unfortunately, my experience with the parking was really disappointing. The entry boom gates weren’t working properly, which already caused delays from the start. When I went to pay for my ticket, the system couldn’t recognise my number plate, and on exit I was told I had to pay $90 just to leave the car park. I ended up having to call the help line which no one answered. To exit the parking lot I had to use the entry side. Overall, the parking process was poorly managed and far too expensive for the experience provided.

Went to PHIVE to get some maps. Finding the parking was a nightmare. Parked for 3 mins. As it was hard to figure out where to go. Left after 3 mins. Paid parking fee $5.50 and when I came to the boom gate to exit , it showed to pay $90. Just wontwhats going on. Never going to PHIVE again. So many other information centres and libraries with free parking.

Tried to rip us off. Spent less than 2 hours parked there and they attempted to charge us $90. The person on the intercom was quick to change that but $11 for evening parking is still ridiculous. Seeing online that it’s a council owned car park is shocking, as if they want to rip us off for the convenience. Other parking lots in the area apply a weekend/evening rate and are free for less than 3 hours. Hope that inspires them

Giving it 2 stars for the convenience to Parramatta Sq but agree with most of the reviews. The car park is super expensive, entrance is via the tram lines and Google Maps does not direct to the correct place. The fees are super high and there is no discounted rate when dining at any of the venues at Parramatta Sq which is so common amongst most venue and affiliated car parks. The roundabout just past the entrance that is supposed to be to direct people to the public car park is super confusing as well. It’s just a really weird layout. But parking on Parramatta is at a premium so I guess they can charge what they want 👎 🅿️
