I had a silicone screen protector applied at Phone City, and it was done very poorly. It had bubbles and wasn't fitted properly. I went back expecting either a replacement or a refund, but I was told they don't offer refunds, which was very disappointing given the poor quality of the installation. They were also talking in their own languages and were very rude to us when we wanted to ask for help I ended up going to Dr Boom instead, where the service was much better.

Went in to replace USB-C port component due to water damage causing issues with fast charging and data transferring. Super helpful and easy to talk with, quick service and really reasonable price! Saved me from writing off the phone and having to fork out for the new S26. Thank you so much for the great service, will always recommend this shop!

Scammed Us – Avoid This Place We went in to get our iPhone screen replaced and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. The technician showed us a 120Hz display before we left, but when we returned and picked up the phone, something felt off, the screen didn’t feel like 120Hz at all. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming aftermarket screens might behave differently on iPhones. Less than a month later, the screen stopped working properly. We went back to claim our 12-month warranty, and while he did replace it, the technician was incredibly rude, clearly annoyed that we had the nerve to hold him to his own warranty. This time we stayed and watched. And surprise, the screen actually felt like 120Hz, just like it should have from the start. It’s pretty clear he swapped our original replacement for a cheaper display when we weren’t watching the first time. Zero integrity. Zero customer service. Go somewhere you can trust.

Shocking customer service skills from Chinese employee. Wasn’t interested at all in selling me a phone case, was too busy sitting on a corner chair scrolling through his phone. I left without making a purchase as he didn’t want to take anything out of the display cabinet. If this is your business, you are loosing sales!
