Staffs were so nice, specially Nyckha. Oh my god, she was so humble. She put a lot of efforts to select products for me. Glad that she didn’t get annoyed. I asked many questions but she responded so calmly with a smile everytime to my every question. Thank you so much Nyckha, your suggested products are working well on meβ€¦πŸ«°πŸ»

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Priceline Pharmacy George Street. I bought a serum here and after using it, my skin reacted and developed closed comedones. I went back to the store hoping for a refund or exchange, and honestly the whole process was frustrating and a waste of time. The cashier Joshua was actually really nice and tried to help, he went to ask the manager twice, so I appreciate that. But the manager’s response was honestly ridiculous. I waited around 10 minutes just to be told that because the product was opened, they couldn’t help me and that I should contact the brand myself for a refund. This is not only unprofessional but frankly absurd. As a customer, it is not my job to chase down a brand and β€œGoogle” contact details to resolve an issue caused by a product purchased in-store. I also work in the cosmetics retail industry, and I know for a fact that when a customer experiences a reaction, it is standard practice to handle the situation promptly and professionally. Only after I insisted on speaking to the manager directly did they finally produce a refund form, something that could and should have been offered from the start. Instead, the process was unnecess

Was hoping to get witness signature from the pharmacist on a government application. The pharmacist in this store does not do that. Felt rejected for a genuine help that I needed.

As soon as I walked in the security looked at me and followed me around as if i’m gonna steal which is very rude cause I did smiled at him and he was very unfriendly. Then later on I asked for help in the staff member and he still there watching me. I took a nyx pencil then put it back because I don’t tolerate people that thinks your gonna steal. He doesn’t even know I work in Priceline too in different area. Then when I exit the he checked my bag out without absolutely seeing nothing!

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. During a busy period, I saw two female staff members standing together and chatting instead of assisting customers. When I approached them to ask about a product, their attitude was rude and dismissive. After I walked away, I even overheard them complaining loudly about being interrupted by a customer β€” which is completely unacceptable behavior for retail staff. It is shocking that employees with such poor service awareness are allowed to work in this store.
