I have just been into this store and I can confirm wholeheartedly I will not be returning to this specific store. How are your customers able to enjoy and browse freely without your security gaurd thinking he’s guarding Buckingham Palace? From the moment I entered not once did he take his eyes off me which is just profiling at its finest. To which I felt uncomfortable and left the store without purchasing anything which did not stop him from glaring me up and down as I left thinking I had robbed something from the store. Would not recommend.

Needed to chat to the pharmacist and spoke to Aye. She was super helpful and friendly. Thank you!! Then when I went to pay, Kin at the checkout noticed that I was having difficulty with one of my eyes. He passed over a box of tissues to offer me one. Both people showed service above and beyond. Many many thanks Aye and Kin!!!!

Today I had very little time, so I hurried to buy something at Priceline. The staff politely pointed out where the item was located. But when I reached the spot, a female employee was restocking shelves. I tried to look at and pick up the items, but she ignored me and calmly continued restocking without moving aside to let me take anything. Finally, she went to get items from elsewhere, and that's when I was able to get what I wanted. I also work in customer service like you, but I was taught to provide customer service that makes them feel comfortable and to ask questions, not to ignore them or act like they don't have the money to buy anything.

Very disappointing experience at Priceline World Square today (around 5:00 PM near the cosmetics mirror area). My sister and I were just getting a tissue when a staff member named Jewan walked past and gave me a very aggressive and rude look. I politely asked if everything was okay because her attitude seemed hostile. Instead of explaining, she suddenly started yelling at us and accused us of trying to open a cabinet, which is completely untrue. We never tried to open any cabinet. When I tried to ask security where the manager was because I wanted to report the situation, she looked at me from a distance and started yelling again before even letting me explain. If she is a manager, she should know how to handle customers professionally. Instead, she was extremely rude, aggressive, and even came across as racist. This kind of behaviour can ruin Priceline’s reputation—no one will want to come back if staff treat customers like this. After this experience, my sister and I decided to leave the store and buy our medicine from another pharmacy instead. I hope the store or area manager checks the CCTV around 5:00 PM near the cosmetics mirror area because this behaviour toward custome

I just bought some gummy bears from this store this afternoon, but I found that the color and taste had obviously gone bad. When I went to find the clerk, they said they wouldn't be responsible for it and had a very bad attitude. The white female clerk with glasses discriminated against us. She spoke very fast and wouldn't listen to our explanations. I hope everyone can take this as a warning and never shop at this black store.
