We stayed here for VIVID and absolutely loved the location! Didn't use the restruants inside, we loved the pool and absolutely LOVED the doorman Tahii!! He was incredible! He had the best green shoes we've ever seen and was so kind, and sweet and treated my family and I as if we were royalty. If they keep staff like Tahii on board they'll go even further!

Stayed in the harbour view room and it was beautiful! Amazing location. Big thanks to David at reception he was super helpful and friendly :) Breakfast a bit slow because there isn't enough staff. No chromecast in the rooms. But view was worth it!

We arrived early to drop off our car and bags. We were greeted by David and were told a room was almost ready. We went to get lunch, during which they rang to let us know the room was ready. We weren't expecting the room to available that early. We enjoyed having the extra time to be able to just sit on the balcony and look at the view. We ate in both restaurants and thought that the food and the service in both was first class and worth the price. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Opera House and the wharf theatre.

Location was great, with great views. Complementary breakfast was yummy also. Was disappointed to realise there was mould/ dust in all the AC vents, which effected my kids asthma. Rooms needs to be updated also. Didn't feel like 5stars to me. Seems like you only paying for the view.
