New client intro offer sold but not honoured!!! I paid $75 for a 3-class pass (valid 2 weeks) when I tried out reformer pilates. When I wanted to book the second class 3 days later I was told by management that this offer was only for locals who would then sign up for a monthly passβ¦and the teacher who sold it to me was new and did not know. I tried to argue that she would never know if someone was going to the stay on after a trial and that she should honour what had already been sold (let alone train her staff, that teacher had been there for 5 weeks already). But she refused, offered to refund the balance of $35 to a single class ticket (priced at $40) and I gave her my account details as she did not have cash. But no refund came. So I went back in and ended up paying another $5 to take a second class. So all up I paid $80 for 2 classes even though I was sold a trial pass for 3 classes at $75. Totally shocking behaviour! I then signed up for a monthly class pass at another Manly studio.

After not practicing yoga or Pilates for a few months I joined Qi on a monthβs subscription and it meant that in being able to attend as many classes as I wanted from the wide selection, it was great value. Oriana discussed my needs and which classes to start with and then I progressed to experience a range of yoga styles and Pilates reformer and mat classes. The teachers were all really excellent - knowledgeable, brilliant teachers, interested in the students and so welcoming. Qi is a fantastic, friendly community resource that I would not hesitate in recommending and, at the end of the month, I was so much more flexible, stronger and inspired to keep practicing. (I also had some of the best massages with Corey!)

I joined the Pilates Reformer classes to add much needed resistance exercise to my fitness goals while managing a knee injury. The classes at Qi are small, focusing on strong body alignment, technique and individual needs. Oriana has ensured that I build confidence on the reformer while taking care of my knees. It feels more like a private class. I strongly recommend Reformer Classes at Qi.

Iβve been a loyal customer at Q Yoga for over 7 years, and the teachers here are absolutely lovely β caring, professional, and genuinely make classes a joy. Unfortunately, the same canβt be said about the management. The new Q Yoga management is inflexible, dismissive, and clearly not customer-focused. Refusing to extend 3 classes for a long-term local member shows how little they value loyalty. Itβs sad to see such great teachers let down by poor management decisions. Many locals have noticed the drop in community feel. A studio is only as strong as its community, and Q Yogaβs management seems determined to push that away.

Qi is a beautiful space to practice with wonderful teachers. The blend of reformer Pilates and yoga has been an amazing mix for my overall health - physically, emotionally & spiritually. A massive thanks to Oriana for persuading me to try reformer Pilates and patiently teaching me how to use the reformer beds. I couldn't recommend this studio and the team highly enough - Thank you Oriana and team!
