Mobile application lacks important security features, no copying bsb and account details, no notifications for deposits and withdrawal. Bank is not linked to OSKO so transactions takes 2 business days to show. Customer service, it's what it is!!!!!!! It was such a waist if time spent to create an account and result is disappointing 🙃

I am so upset, getting worried, anxiety and mentally ill with all of a Rabobank situation. I begged them on the name of God to help me with the interest of premium saver account to be paid. I wouldn’t beg if it wasn’t extremely necessary and I am in a big financial pressure but using this interest to help me with the costs of a big family emergency in my life at the moment. I needed to come here to Brazil as health family emergency paying a high value money for the tickets, travelled almost three days between airports without internet and doing the transactions which are necessary to get the interest with the little internet I got on the way. My mom had a big fall and needed to have a surgery in her two hands without be able to use those at all and also living with my brother which is a disability child. I came as fast as I could to help them with the situation. The interest would help me keep paying my rent in Sydney as I work as a disability support worker, help me with some of the costs of my mom surgery and also helping with her medication while I am here to assist in her recovery. I did all the transactions inside of the month, explained all of the situation and they basic

Rabobank, it is time you improve your systems. I created a high interest savings account, I was assigned BSB number 142-201, I deposited through internet banking $1, it all went fine. Then I went to the bank to make a larger transfer and they told me the BSB number is invalid! I checked online and I found out that Rabobank have multiple BSB numbers. The BSB 142-001 was accepted, but incredibly, the bank reported they are unable to confirm the bank account I was going to transfer the money belongs to me or not. I could assume the risk to send a large amount of money to an invalid account or even worse, to somebody else account. Is it so difficult for you to create a bank accounts with valid BSB numbers, where either a customer or a bank can deposit funds? Also, when I transfer money from another bank to the HISA account, the transfer is slow - not OSKO.

Tried to sign up for my mother, but there was an error trying to save her password. Then gave me a customer number for the application. Tried to go on using the customer number, then gave me an error. Then restarted application from scratch, then couldnt validate id and i needed to go to someone to certify it. I went to rabobank office and told them about this and said i needed to apply online.

I am so upset with Rabobank. Rabobank refused two of my deposits and returned them back to me. I have been making a deposit each month for five years so I could get bonus interest. The reason I was given is because I didn’t update my personal details. Rabobank also refused to pay two months of bonus interest to me. My personal details have not changed and the details they have are all correct. After I was informed why I didn’t receive the interest I contacted Rabobank for some assistance on how to update details that didn’t need updating. I thought that I would now receive the interest but I was mistaken. I was offered a very small portion of the amount with take it or leave it by a certain date. I am in my seventies, unwell and banking online is a challenge but I will keep trying. The monthly interest is very important to me to cope with the rising cost of living. I don’t even feel Rabobank deserve one star.
