After years of netball and soccer injuries, searching for a reliable and competent physio was seeming impossible. Not only does Dean provide a comfortable environment (when you come in, in pieces) he also provides non- stop entertainment, which I'm sure is beneficial to a speedy recovery. Always able to suggest ways to strengthen and improve functionality of the body. I recently tore my ACL and am almost back to 100% in 3 months, which he has had a massive part in playing. I have just started in the React Physio Fit Club and feel like I have already gained most of strength which I lost while recovering from injury. I love the fact I won't need to go Physio hunting again for a long time.

As a corporate health and fitness manager utilising the services of React Physio, I have witnessed first-hand Dean's excellent work with a wide variety of patients and their complaints. Dean shows genuine empathy and interest in developing a great repoire with all his patients. A thorough assessment is always provided, followed by an effective treatment and management plan. I am continually impressed with Dean's knowledge, and equally with his no nonsense, practical and proven approach to rehabilitation and future injury prevention. I have no hesitation in recommending React Physio to anyone who wishes to be performing at their best as quickly as possible. Two thumbs up for the React Fit Club too - a fantastic and fun innovation following rehabilitation in providing ongoing support and guidance for improved fitness and performance!

Dean at React Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation has made such a difference to my recovery and rehabilitation after 2 knee operations. The one-on-one sessions where he is fully dedicated to you as his patient ensured I received the best treatment possible. The exercises and equipment I needed to use to further my rehabilitation were clearly explained and demonstrated which meant I was using the correct form and not damaging my knee further. The introduction of "React Fit Club", which is offered by React Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, to my training has allowed me to remain injury free and to increase my fitness. I cannot rate them highly enough!

I have been looking for a functional training program for some time to break up my routine. The team at React's Fit Club are brilliant at creating new and exciting training programs - no two programs the same. They are very welcoming to first timers and encouraging to those more versed. The variety really keeps the body guessing you'll never leave feeling like you haven't had a tough session, no matter your level. I would recommend this style of training for anyone looking to mix things up with great people and in a beautiful location!

The most amazing physio I have ever come across. I badly injured my back a little while ago and with only one session from React, which included a lesson on back strengthening moves to do at home I was fully healed in only a couple of days! I was so impressed with how amazing they are I even signed up to their fit club classes which I have been doing for months now and have a new lease on life, I have never felt so fit and strong! Honestly the best!
