Samsung after care allround Very poor unable to send phone away for repair still. Tried online refered to call center or AI. Tried taking to Harvey Norman they no longer are a drop off center. Drove 90ks to parramatta cant drop it off didnt have proof of purchase on me. Just as well i didnt take it to Homebush. Wont buying another Samsung product or recomendingbthem again. A shame really i have mutiple products and have spent well over 10k on samsung prouducts maimly phones an tablets but if yoy cant get simple aftet sales service correct why would i ot anyone purchase a $2000 dollar phone again.

Store is beautiful and clean. But the staff make the experience memorable. I went there today to check out some phones. Ask for Wayne. He'll ask the right questions and give you right advice. I'll be back soon to upgrade my phone.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Samsung service at Westfield Parramatta. I called Samsung the day before and specifically booked an appointment for a battery issue on my S23 Ultra. At no point during the call was I informed that the phone would need to be kept for 3–5 business days. Based on that, I arranged my day and left work early to attend my 5pm appointment. When I arrived, I was told I would have to leave my phone there for several days. This completely defeats the purpose of booking an appointment and was a total waste of my time. If this had been communicated clearly in advance, I would have made a different decision. I understand that store staff are following procedures, but the lack of clear communication from Samsung’s support line is unacceptable. For a company of this size, I expected much better coordination and transparency. Overall, very frustrating experience due to poor communication and wasted time.

This is my first time buying Samsung, and I am very disappointed. I purchased two of the latest phones; one started flickering, yet I was blamed for using a third-party screen protector. I was never informed that using an external screen protector was not allowed. It took more than a month to repair the Galaxy Z Flip, and in less than 48 hours after receiving it, the bottom screen completely stopped working. When I contacted Samsung again, I was asked to bring the phone back to a service centre once more, which is very inconvenient. The device developed problems within three weeks of purchase, took over a month to repair, and then failed again in less than 48 hours. This clearly shows the product is not durable. Samsung should replace the item or provide a full refund. This situation is unacceptable. I have already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.
