Worst car park I've ever been to. Don't park your car here. Staff are rude and spaces are tight. There's plenty other options around that are far better priced and value.

Lots of space - I got there before 8 am and left at 5.30ish .. and it cost $14 which is great for Sydney!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place truly deserves a warning label. Like other reviewers have said, their business model seems designed to catch people out with fine print and hidden fees. The gates close sharply at 2pm on weekends — if you’re not out of the car park and outside the building before that, you’re locked in. And guess what? They’ll happily charge you $125 just to press a button and let you out. No warning signs, no staff, just a ridiculous penalty for being unaware of a small line of text. This is not secure parking — it’s “secure revenue” for them and a nightmare for you. Do yourself a favour and park literally anywhere else.

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT!!! They let you drive in then change you $125 to get your car out - after 2pm on a Sunday?!! They literally lock your car inside the car park. Unbelievable. Easily the worst parking experience in my entire life. Who reads terms and conditions when you are in a rush to park a car? There was someone else in my exact circumstances at the same time as me, also trying to get their car out of this compound, sorry Car Park. They are obviously raking in the cash. How incredibly deceptive the business practices are of this organisation are. I strongly recommend all customers to avoid this morally bankrupt business. They also have meants to remotely unlock the gate to let you free, but somehow that costs $125. They made $250 in lettting me and another person leave in a 10 minute period. Crooks.

Their business model is to catch people out who don't read the fine print. You don't have parking at 2pm or 7pm, the gates will already be locked. You need to have collected your car and exited the building BEFORE that time. Save yourself the call-out fee when they refuse you access to your car and choose just about any other parking business.
