Happy to report that 7 months after Hanako’s review about how difficult it is to get back to your car after business hours - the issue still exists. The business profiles states the carpark opens till 12am. I’m trying to get back to my car on a Wednesday evening at 20:58 with 2 exhausted kids. There are no signage explaining how to re-enter the car park as the office building on top is now closed. I had to walk down the driveway which is dangerous. Halfway down I entered a staircase which I thought is the correct way. 2 minutes later I realized all doors are locked from the inside (including the level I got in) so I had to walk back to the ground floor. Overall not a happy customer. Would not recommend for anyone who will be returning to your car after business hours. I don’t understand how you have replied to Hanoko’s review stating you are taking actions for this very matter - 7 months later yet another (and likely many more) victim. Good job management team. You are so efficient.

Cheap and best car park. $2 for whole day on weekend was great deal. Easy access with qr code. Exit from car park is easy but walking back to your car is confusing, lots of lifts and entry points and caused confusion.

I really appreciate how affordable this car park is, especially considering how close it is to the Chatswood Metro. The weekend rates in particular are excellent value and one of the main reasons I’ve parked here multiple times. However, actually getting back to your car once you’ve left is another story entirely. The lift that takes you out of the car park can’t be used to return to the parking levels unless you have an access card, which seems to be only for people who work in the building. On my last visit, I ran into this problem again. I managed to get back inside only because a cleaner happened to be nearby and let me in. Even then, when they tried to swipe me down to the car park, I ended up on the wrong floors and had to find an emergency exit because the main doors were locked. Trying to re-enter through the car park entrance didn’t help either — that door also needs a swipe card. The fire stairs were no better, as the doors were locked, so I ended up having to walk back through the boom gates (which you’re not supposed to do) and down the car ramp just to reach my car. Parked here now on a few occasions. The rates are very good for being so close to the Chatswood metro, especially the weekend rates. However it is not possible to get back to your car once you have left the car park. The lift that you use to exit the carpark cannot be used to go back down again without some kind of access card, used to get into the building and use the lifts. Last time I was here, I was able to gain access to the room with the lift as a cleaner was nearby and let me in. I then asked the cleaner to let me into the carpark and when they tried to swipe me down, I ended up on the first floor, then the plaza floor. And had to use an emergency to get out of the building as the main door was locked. Heading back down to the car entrance, the door there also requires a swipe to open. Having walked down through the boom gates (it says not to do this) I entered the fire escape to try and get down to the level where I parked. However the door was locked and I got returned to the street level. I then had to walk back down throw the boom gates, and down the road to the level I'd parked on. This entire process felt like some kind of nightmareish video game level. Overall this wh

0 stars. This place is annoying and unsafe to navigate. It advertises it to the public for parking, yet the staircases and doors to the lifts are locked from the outside unless you have some special fob key. You can exit the parking lot safely, but not enter it. Need to walk down the driving ramp that says “no pedestrian access”, so I’m not sure what we are meant to do to gain access to my car?poor signage to which level to take the lift to (because if you click P then you find yourself in some residential place and all the signage there makes you feel like a criminal for getting lost).
