Terrible parking. Staffs are ridiculously rude. Two staffs hung up on me on the phone today during exit. I never experienced such in any paid parking building in Australia. People should avoid this parking. Thanks,

Terrible parking experience. The sign advertises a flat rate of $30 per day, but it does not clearly mention that the parking closes at 7 pm. This is misleading and feels like false advertising. I ended up being charged $90 for 2 days, which is extremely expensive for what was promised. Do not park here — there are likely much better and more transparent options nearby.

A shoutout to the lady on the phone tonight when I got locked out of the car park and was scared to walk through on my own. She stayed on the line with me until I got to my car safely. The 5 stars is for her service. A clearer and more obvious signage that the car park closes at 7pm would be needed as there really is no sign aside from the small signage at the bottom seeing from another person’s review.

Worst carpark I’ve ever been too in my life. Yesterday was my first time ever going there. The barrier on the rooftop was shut where the exit was and there was no way of opening the barrier it was just closed. It said to press something to call but the whole thing was just off, not responding. I was then forced to leave through the entry side and it was very tight to leave with it. I kept trying to reverse but it was so tight. As a result I damaged my rims, damaged and dent 2 doors, and it nearly broke off my skirt. I have never damaged my car this was my first ever time. Honestly the worst carpark I’ve been in my life. I would never think something as simple as a carpark could be this complex.

This parking lot is total unfair and unreasonable. There’s no sign showing the closing time, and they shut at 7 pm, which is ridiculously early. If they’re going to close that early, there should be a clear notice. It’s clearly deceptive a scam to rip people off with a $125 fee just to get the car out. And when you drive in, you wouldn’t notice the sign anyway, because when you tap your credit card to park, your car blocks the view completely.
